Prices shown are in U.S. dollars based on rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Reservations and Payments:

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to secure the apartment of your preference.

A reservation deposit is due at time of booking. The amount varies according to the apartment and to the length of stay.

The balance of the rental is due in cash upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

If a client cancels a reservation for any reason the client may lose some or all of the payments made on the reservation.

- If the cancellation is made 90 days or more to the check-in date (except for New Years and Carnival packages), the full amount paid will be returned except for a cancellation fee of US$50.

- No refunds are issued for New Years and Carnival Packages in case of cancellation by the client.

- If the cancellation is made 90 days or less to the check-in, no payments will be returned.

- In case of any emergency problems occurs in the apartment reserved, an alternative apartment will be offered to the client prior to his arrival; if the client doesn’t like the other apartment and notify us before arriving in Rio, the full amount paid will be refunded.

- No refunds will be made in case of any cancellation made during the stay in the apartment. (From the very moment the client gets in the apartment till the moment he leaves it).

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of US$300.00 is required when you check in. The full amount will be reimbursed, provided that no items in the apartment have been damaged or are missing.
